Invite your friends to join Dashdot’s property investment services using your unique referral link. Once they sign up and make their initial payment, you earn a cash reward, and they receive a welcome discount.
1.1 Program Commencement
The start date of this referral program is 13th May 2024. Referrals referred after this date via this program (at links under https://referral.dashdot.com.au/) will be honoured as part of this program. Referrals referred prior to this date will be honoured at the discretion of Dashdot.
Note that the referral must come via the official pages created for this campaign in order to qualify for the reward. Referral leads that are referred another way (eg. via email, via word of mouth), will be honoured at the discretion of Dashdot.
A successful referral is considered complete when your referred friend becomes an active client by paying their first invoice in full. For clarity in the Client Referral Program, we define the stages of a referral as follows:
2.1 Referral Lead
A "Referral Lead" is an individual who has been referred to Dashdot’s Client Referral Program through a unique referral link and has expressed initial interest by either providing contact information or opting into communications with Dashdot but has not yet made a commitment to working with us.
2.2 Successful Referral
A "Successful Referral" occurs when a Referral Lead completes their first financial transaction with Dashdot (i.e., signing an engagement agreement AND paying their first invoice in full). This transition from a lead to a client ‘qualifies’ the referral as successful and makes the referring party eligible for the referral reward.
3.1 You receive $2,000 for each ‘Successful Referral’ who became a lead through your referral link. Each friend referred also receives a $1,000 discount on their initial invoice.
3.2 All referral rewards are stated inclusive of GST, where applicable. You are responsible for all tax obligations that may arise from receiving a reward through this Client Referral Program. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to understand any potential tax implications.
Rewards are issued monthly via bank transfer, after your referred friend has paid their invoice in full. The reward payment will include any earned rewards from Successful Referrals that paid their invoices in the prior calendar month.
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Client Referral Program will be used in accordance with Dashdot’s Privacy Policy, available at https://dashdot.com.au/privacy-policy. Under applicable laws and regulations, Dashdot shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
6.1 These Client Referral Terms are published by Dashdot (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our Client Referral Program as displayed on our Website https://dashdot.com.au/clientreferralprogram and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “yours”) and people who receive our referral invitation.
6.2 This Client Referral Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in one or more Client Referral Program(s).
6.3 You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and colleagues to this Client Referral Program.
7.1 A Completed Referral is when a Referring User refers this Client Referral Program to one of its contacts. Subsequently, that contact will either sign-up, make a purchase or complete whatever action is determined as a referral above - which is not cancelled or disputed in accordance with Subsection 3.
7.2 A limit to the number of referrals by Referring Users may apply. Or we may specify a maximum number of Completed Referrals who are eligible for the benefits of this Client Referral Program.
7.3 All referred people must be new and first-time Users. Existing Users cannot participate in and benefit from the Client Referral Program.
7.4 You represent all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Client Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards.
8.1 This Client Referral Program cannot be combined with other Dashdot’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives. By participating in this Client Referral Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.
8.2 You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Client Referral Program must not violate applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is the mass distribution of unsolicited messages.
8.3 You must not publish our Client Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.
8.4 You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.
8.5 You must only use our Client Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
9.1 This Client Referral Program will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify Users that the Client Referral Program has ended with immediate effect.
9.2 Any referral made before the end of the Client Referral Program can still participate. However, we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.
9.3 We may terminate this Client Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.
We may amend the terms and conditions of our Client Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits, and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.
11.1 In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Client Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit, or payout.
11.2 If you are a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Client Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.
11.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
12.1 We offer our Client Referral Program and its benefits only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may remove, change, and update the Client Referral Program in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Client Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.
12.2 Our Client Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Client Referral Program.
12.3 You will defend, indemnify, and hold Dashdot harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your participation in the Client Referral Program.
With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards, or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Client Referral Program, and the above mentioned benefits are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits.
The law of Australia shall apply, and the court in Australia is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
15.1 In the event of a dispute related to the Client Referral Program, including but not limited to reward issuance or eligibility, participants are encouraged to contact Dashdot's support team at referrals@dashdot.com.au. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently. If a resolution cannot be reached, further steps may be taken as outlined in the Applicable Law section.
16.1 A Referral Lead must convert into a Successful Referral within 120 days from the date they initial became a Referral Lead (date they opted in on your referral link). If the conversion occurs after this period, the referrer may not be eligible for the referral reward. This validation period is intended to encourage timely conversions and maintain program momentum.
17.1 Participants will be notified of any changes to the Client Referral Program via email or a prominent notice on our website. This includes changes to the reward structure, terms of participation, or program discontinuation. It is the responsibility of participants to regularly check these communications and stay informed about any program updates.
